Scrum

Scrum is a record that includes a team, a product backlog, an agile-board, and a set of sprints, which are combined with each other, which allows the team to work according to the Scrum methodology.

To use all Scrum functionality in the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system space, it must be activated by the owner of the space by installing check the Agile checkbox in the Space Settings section in the Settings console. After activation, Scrum is accessed and supported via the record console.

Anyone with a specialist role in the space can create and maintain Scrum in it.
