SPF - Sender Policy Framework

When the specified conditions occur, the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system automatically creates notifications sent by e-mail (email). For example, an email is sent to the initiator upon completion of the request. In such notifications, the sender's default address is set to noreply@rr-th.com. If you want to change it to your organization's domain address, you need to set up spam filters correctly. They should detect that notifications are coming from a server authorized to send emails from your organization's domain.

Spam filters use Sender Policy Framework (SPF) records to determine which SMTP servers are assigned to a domain. For spam filters, the SPF record must contain information that the mail servers of the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system are authorized to send mail from your organization's domain. To do this, add the SPF record to the domain Name System (DNS - Domain Name System) for your organization's domain with the information that the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system provides when configuring the email policy:

v=spf1 include:_spf.r-service.tech ~all

This line ensures that when receiving a notification from the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system, the recipient mail server confirms that the email was sent from a server specified in the sender's domain. Accordingly, the address of the sender in the letter is considered correct.
