Custom Collection Fields

The fields of the custom collection form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.

Name

The name of the user collection is entered in the Name field, for example, “Cost Centers” or “Types of sites".

Disabled

The Disabled checkbox is set if custom collection items can no longer be added to the user's collection.

Link

In the Link field, the value of the Name field is automatically set, written in lowercase letters and with all spaces replaced by underscores. This link can be used by integrations and automation rules to uniquely identify a user's collection.

Description

Any additional information about the user's collection that may be useful is added to the Description field. It is possible to use basic text formatting in this field.

UI Extension

In the UI Extension field, select UI extension, which will be added to each item in the user's collection.
