Email template fields

The fields of the mail template form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.

Name	The Name field displays the name of the email template.
Disabled	The Disabled checkbox is set if this template can no longer be used to create emails.
Letter design (email)	In the Email Design (mail) field email design (email) is selected, which will be applied to all emails created based on this template. In editing mode, this field is only available if there are two or more email design options.
Language	In the "Language" field, select the language of the text entered in the "Subject" and "Body" fields. You can add additional translations to the email template by clicking on the Add button, and delete them by clicking on the Delete button. By default, the language of the space is used, and this translation cannot be deleted. Those who choose preferred languages that differ from one of the translations of the letter template receive letters created based on such a template in the language of space. If the language into which the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system has been translated is selected, the text of the letter template is automatically presented in that language. If a translation into the selected language is not available, the current Russian translation is displayed in the Subject and Body fields to facilitate translation.
Subject	The Subject field indicates the subject of the emails generated based on the template being created. Depending on the type of record for which the message is being created, the Subject field may include various fields of this record (or related data). To select these fields, enter the two left curly brackets. To return the default value to the "Theme" field, delete all the information in it and save the template.
Body	In the Body field, enter the text that should be in the body of the emails generated based on the template being created. Depending on the type of record for which the message is being created, the "Body" field may include various fields of this record (or related data). To select these fields, enter the two left curly brackets. To return the default value to the Body field, delete all the information in it and save the template.
