Shop Order Line fields

The following lists the fields of the Shop Order Line form in the store, along with recommendations for their use.

Requested For

The Requested For field indicates the person for whom the purchase is being made.

Name

The Name field specifies the name of the item in the shop that is being selected for purchase.

Status

The Status field indicates the current status of the shop order line. Possible options include: In Cart – the item is in the cart, and processing of the order has not yet begun. Awaiting Workflow – a workflow for the order has started, but the task to be performed has not yet been initiated. Awaiting Execution – a request for execution has been assigned or accepted, but has not yet been completed. Completed – the order is complete. Cancelled – the order has been cancelled.

Quantity

The Quantity field indicates the quantity of items in the shop included in this order.

Price

The Price field displays the price of each item in this order for one-time payment.

Subscription Fee

The Subscription Fee field indicates the subscription fee for each item in this order. The payment period is defined in the Period field.

Period

The Period field indicates the period for subscription fees.
