Trash fields

The Trash displays a list of all deleted records.

Administrators can archive or restore deleted records using the actions buttons Send to Archive or Restore. To archive or restore a task, you first need to select workflow or project to which the task belongs; in this case, the workflow or project can be archived or restored entirely.

Important: Records in the Trash that have been there for more than 28 days are automatically and permanently deleted. Once a record is deleted from the Trash, it cannot be restored!

Below is a list of fields for the Trash view, along with a brief description of each.

In the Trash

The moment when a record was moved to the Trash.

Record Type

An icon indicating the type of deleted record.

Name

The name, topic, or title of the deleted record.

Moved to Trash (by)

The name of the person who deleted the record. If this field displays "System," it means the record was automatically deleted according to a retention policy.
