Site fields

The fields of the site's form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.

A site image is added to the Image field. To enlarge or change the image, click on it.

The name of the site is entered in the Name field.

The Disabled checkbox is set if the site can no longer be linked to other records.

The address where the site is located is entered in the Full Address field.

The time zone of the site is selected in the Time Zone field.

Any additional information about the site that may be useful is added to the Notes field. It is possible to use basic text formatting in this field.

Person

The Person field lists people working in the site.
