Space (Account) Administrator
The Space (Account) Administrator role should be assigned to the person or people responsible for supporting this space (account).
A space administrator can maintain the configuration of a space, assign roles to people, establish trust relationships with other spaces, as well as add and edit the following records:
Furthermore, a space administrator can:
- activate integrations, including Single Sign-On (SSO),
- view all fields of all records within this space and their audit logs, except invoices,
- modify all fields of workflow tasks and project tasks within this space, even if they are not the managers of the workflows or projects to which the tasks belong,
- manage all reservation offerings within the space,
- add and edit out of office periods and time entry records for all people registered in the space.
A space administrator can also create dashboards in the analytics console and share them with colleagues.
