Trusted Space (account) fields
The fields of the trusted space form are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.
Roles from us
In the Roles from Us field, the roles that can be assigned to persons in the trusted space are selected. Only the administrator of the trusted space can assign the specified roles to the persons of the trusted space. Please note: when unchecking a role, it is automatically revoked from all persons in the trusted space.
Roles for us
The Roles for Us field lists the roles that the trusted space has assigned to the space selected in the space selector. These roles can be assigned to individuals in the selected space. Only the administrator of the selected space can assign these roles to the persons of the selected space.
The trusted space can assign workflow reconciliation tasks to any of us
The Trusted space can assign workflow reconciliation tasks to any of us checkbox is set if it is necessary to provide the trusted space with the ability to assign workflow tasks of the "Reconciliation" category to any person registered in the space selected in the space selector, or in its head space.
We can assign workflow coordination tasks to any person from the trusted space
The field We can assign workflow approval tasks to any person from the trusted space becomes visible if the trusted space has provided the space selected in the toggle with the ability to assign workflow approval tasks to any person registered in the trusted space or its head space.
The trusted space can assign workflow tasks to our key contacts and specialists
The Trusted space can assign workflow tasks to our key contacts and specialists checkbox is set if it is necessary to provide the trusted space with the ability to assign tasks to all persons with the role of a key contact or specialist in the space selected in the toggle. The selected checkbox also allows the trusted space to assign workflow tasks of the Risk and Impact or Implementation category to the teams of the selected space and the specialists who are part of these teams. If this option is selected, workflow commands can be associated with this option. Trusted spaces can assign workflow tasks to specialists from any related team. If no team connections have been established, the trusted space can assign workflow tasks to any of our teams.

The field We can assign workflow tasks to key contacts and specialists of the trusted space becomes visible if the trusted space has provided the space selected in the toggle with the opportunity to assign workflow tasks to its key contacts and specialists. If you select one or more workflow commands, they will be listed here. If no commands are selected, then you can assign workflow tasks to all teams in the trusted space.
A trusted space can view comments and attachments of our workflow

Please note: persons registered in the head space of the support domain in which the workflow is registered are always available to comments and attachments of this workflow, if necessary, to coordinate it, even if this checkbox is not checked.

By checking this box, project teams can be linked to this option. Trusted spaces can assign project tasks to specialists from any related team. If the team's connections have not been established, the trusted space can assign project tasks to any of our teams.
