Effort class fields

The fields of the effort class form are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.

Name

The name of the effort class is entered in the Name field. Examples: "Unpaid support – Working hours"; "Paid consulting – Overtime work".

Disabled

The Disabled checkbox is set if the effort class can no longer be associated with any timesheet settings.

Cost ratio

The Cost Factor field indicates the number by which to multiply the cost of an hour of a person's work when registering a time record related to this class of effort.

Service offering

Service offering

In the field Service offering are selected by service offering, with which the effort class must be associated so that it can be selected when creating an invoice for the customer of the corresponding SLA.

In the Timesheet Settings field, select timesheet settings, with which the effort class must be associated so that it can be selected when registering working hours by persons from organization, which uses one of these timesheet settings.
