Waiting for Customer Follow Up fields
The fields of the "Waiting for Customer Follow Up" form are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.
Name
The name of the notification is entered in the Name field.
Disabled
The Disabled checkbox is set if the notification is no longer related to the service offers.
Complete automatically
The Complete automatically checkbox is set if it is necessary for the request to be completed automatically after the number of business days specified for sending the last notification.
Number of working days
Any value greater than zero is set in the Number of Working Days field. You can use the "Add Notification Rule" button to add additional rules.
