Space (Account) Design fields

The fields of the space (account) design section are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.

Image

You can use the "Image" field to add an image or logo of the support domain. To change or enlarge an image, click on it. This field is only available if the parameter is configured for the space support domain.

Title

The name of the support domain space is indicated in the "Header" field. This name is displayed, for example, when creating a new query. This field is only available if the parameter is configured for the support domain.

Description

The Description field provides information about the types of services provided by the support domain. This field is only available if the parameter is configured for the support domain. This field supports basic text formatting.

In the Organization's Logo field, you can upload the logo of the service provider's organization. Clicking on the "Edit" link allows you to select image files in JPG, GIF or PNG format. You can delete the logo by clicking on the "Edit" link again, and then on the Delete image button.

Site URL

In the "Site URL" field, you can insert a hyperlink leading to the page of the service provider's organization (the link will be clicked when you click on the logo).

Icon

In the Icon field, you can upload a miniature icon, which will then be displayed in most browsers on the tab when the page is opened. Clicking on the "Edit" link allows you to select image files in ICO, JPG, GIF or PNG format.

CSS injections

Using the "CSS injections" field, you can set CSS styles for all public pages, for example, for the login page or the access page to the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system.
