Skill Pool

Skill Pool – these are people with certain abilities. Unlike teams, members in the skill pool do not necessarily have to have a specific specialist role. The skill pool is used mainly by project managers when planning a project. Project managers can link a project task to a skill pool if the task is to be performed by someone with specific knowledge, but it does not require assigning the task to a specific person when approving the project.

The skill pool manager can update all fields of his skill pool record, but it is not necessary that he be a member of this skill pool.

Only person with the role of administrator of the space can manage all skill pools of this space. The skill pool can consist of up to 100 people.
