Support Domain Fields

The following fields are available in the support domain form, along with usage recommendations.

Space Name

In the Space Name field, you specify the name of the support domain space.

Space URL

In the Space URL field, you define the URL through which the support domain space becomes accessible. To specify a URL without using system prefixes, please contact R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) administrators.

Currency

In the Currency field, you specify the standard currency (currency symbols) for the support domain. This currency will be used by default when entering monetary values. By default, this field is set to the currency of the main space to which the support domain belongs.

Language

In the Language field, you specify the language for the support domain space. The specified language will be used by default when displaying the interface. By default, this field is set to the language of the main space to which the support domain belongs.

Time Zone

In the Time Zone field, you specify the standard time zone for the support domain. By default, this field is set to the time zone of the main space to which the support domain belongs.

Time Format

In the Time Format field, you set the standard time format for the support domain. Time will be displayed in the selected format by default. By default, this field is set to the time format of the main space to which the support domain belongs.

Organization

You can associate an organization with the support domain using the Organization field. If no organization is selected, a new organization will be created with the space name when saving.
