Inbox console Fields
The Inbox console can contain requests, problems, tasks and project tasks. Information on the fields of these records is provided in the relevant sections. Click on the appropriate link to receive information:
Important: not all fields are visible in the form when opening an entry for editing. Fields are displayed in the form depending on the selected values in other fields (for example, the Category field). The form fields also differ depending on the roles of the person who edits and views them.
